About

Brookes Clemmons

I spend my time in the rooms where decisions actually get made.

Before I started Get Back to Your Genius, I was Chief of Staff to the CEO at a geospatial SaaS startup, Director of Operations at a venture-backed coaching platform, and managed $1B+ in client assets at Bessemer Trust. Along the way I scaled a consulting firm from 40 people to several hundred as their operations lead, rebuilding every process mid-growth.

What I do for founders is diagnose where you are actually stuck — not where you think you are stuck — and fix it. Sometimes that's a hiring system that's draining your week. Sometimes it's a reporting cadence that's hiding the real problem. Sometimes it's that you are making every decision because no one else has the context.

I build operating systems that let small teams run without the founder in every loop. AI is how I work — faster documentation, leaner processes, systems that maintain themselves — but it isn't what I sell. What I sell is the capacity to grow: new offerings, new clients, new scope — without adding proportional chaos. The businesses I've worked inside didn't just get more organized. They got room to become more.

  • 01 Order first, then automation. Systems built on chaos just move the chaos faster.
  • 02 The bus test is my quality standard. If I disappeared tomorrow, can the team maintain everything I built?
  • 03 The real blocker is usually upstream from the obvious one. Finding it is half the work.
  • 04 AI amplifies what's already there. It doesn't replace judgment — it extends it.
  • 05 I leave with documentation and a trained team. Not dependency on me.

With her guidance, I developed and launched an online community within a couple weeks. Once I enjoyed what I was doing, work became fun.

Ways to work together

Three ways to work together.

Each engagement is a bigger container than the one before it: one call, one project, or an ongoing right-hand partnership. Start wherever makes sense.

01 · The Diagnostic

Find the real problem.

$750 · 90 minutes

One call. You bring what's been keeping you stuck. I bring the right questions and a decade of pattern-matching from inside founder-led businesses. You leave knowing exactly what to focus on next — whether that's something you tackle yourself, or the start of a longer engagement together.

Use this if: you're not sure where the real bottleneck is

02 · Fix the Biggest Bottleneck

One focused project, done in 30 days.

$6,500 · 30 days

Pick the single biggest bottleneck in your operations. I build and implement the fix, train your team, and hand it off. Fast, defined, and actionable. You leave with a system your team actually uses and no more personal time going into that problem.

Use this if: you know what you want to fix and want it handled

03 · Your Right Hand

In the business with you.

$8,500/month · 3-month minimum

A standing operator partnership. I'm in your orbit weekly — reviewing what's working, naming what's not, and making the judgment calls that need a second senior brain. Most engagements run 9–18 months.

Use this if: you're ready to scale and want a senior operator thinking alongside you

Not sure which fits? Tell me where you are. A few questions about what's going on in the business. I'll follow up with a real answer — not a funnel.

A few things that sound familiar.

The overwhelm didn't lift because I worked harder. It lifted because I had a direction.

No pitch, no deck — just an honest look at where you are and whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll tell you that and point you somewhere useful.
