Who We Are

What We Collect and Why

When you complete the AI Readiness Audit, we collect the following:

• Your audit responses — the answers you provide to all audit questions. These are always collected. They are used to generate your personalized results report and, in aggregate and anonymized form, to improve our services for clients.
• Your name and contact information — only if you choose to share it. This is optional. If you provide it, we may follow up with you about your results or our services. If you opt out, your responses remain fully anonymous to us.
• Consent preferences — we store your choices about data sharing and contact so we can honor them.

Third-Party AI Processing (Anthropic / Claude)

Your audit responses are processed by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, PBC. This means your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's servers to generate your results. We do not control Anthropic's data handling — please review their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

We do not sell your data to Anthropic or any third party, and we do not use your data for AI model training on our end.

Legal Bases for Processing (EU / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your data under the following legal bases:

• Consent — for optional name/contact sharing and service-improvement use. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for receiving audit results to operate and improve the tool, where this does not override your rights.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU/UK users)
• Opt out of the sale of personal data (California users — note: we do not sell your data)

Data Retention

We retain audit results for as long as needed to operate and improve our services, or until you request deletion. If you submitted anonymously, we cannot locate your specific record — please note this when deciding whether to share your identity.

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our tools evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our tools after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
